Do you get banned on PS4 for making custom themes

[Released: 2013] The PlayStation 4 will feature a simpler AMD processor, in hopes of attracting a broader range of developers and support for the system. Sony also plans to place more focus on social gameplay.

I have a PS4 and I want to know if making a theme for the PS4 XMB will get my PSN account banned or terminated? Can anyone please help if it's a bannable offence to Sony's Servers.
