Xenoblade Chronicles 2 - blank NG+ save file request

I'm looking for a Xenoblade Chronicles 2 NG+ save file, that is otherwise completely blank - no Affinity Chart progress done for any Blades, no items collected, nothing.
Just essentially a standard NG save, except with the NG+ features unlocked.

XC2Bf2SaveNETThingy (the XC2 save editor) does have a "Clear Data Save" checkbox, but that doesn't seem to do anything.
