Extended Item Icons for "The Binding of Isaac: Repentance"​texture mod, no lua on switch =(​What's included:​

• item quality on sprites (0-4)
• item effect icons (tears+, tears-, bomb drop, soulheart, slow effect, etc. etc.), ~36 icons now, more to come
• item name on the texture in tiniest, but readable font (3x6 bitmap, no spacing, multicolored) use built-in zoom mode for easier reading
