I want to get a Japanese game running on my US Dreamcast.

[Released: 1998] Born out of Sega's darkest hour to decide whether the company stays in the hardware business. Even though it didn't officially last long in the US, it was continued selling in Japan and spawned some great 2D Japanese shooters.

What would need to be done to get a Japanese Dreamcast game running on a US model since they're region locked? Open to suggestions whether its modding, downloading a rom version, or burning the game onto a disc.

(HKT-3020 model, manufactured in 1999 so should be able to read burned discs, [1][NTSC])
