Could anyone recommend a game for my 10yo

He pretty much only plays games giving him that instant hit of adrenaline like Doors in Roblox or Fortnite.

I want to get him into a more rounded adventure type game (thinking back to me playing Legend of Zelda on my N64).

Any recommendations for a game he can invest in, enjoy and isn't brainless..
