Got a Wii with Homebrew... what next?

Got a Wii with Homebrew... what next?

Okay, so I lately received a Wii from a seller online. The console already has a Homebrew Channel and a 32GB SD card, so that saves some hassle.

From what I saw, the console also had Priiloader and Nintendont installed.
Question is, what do I do next? I am not familiar at all with Wii hacking. Is there any way I can discover additional installs like USB Loader GX?

I will be thankful. Let me know also what games/software do you recommend (no GameCube games for now, need to wait for...
