XM-702-10 Motorola monitor - Blowing Fuses. Any known issues with these?

I just picked up a game that has a XM-702-10 Motorola monitor. Going over the game I noticed that both of the 1 AMP fuses in the monitor chassis are blown. I have ordered a capacitor kit and while waiting on that I wanted to ask if there are any known issues with these monitors or if there were any additional extra troubleshooting flow charts online.
