Latest repair. Another Polo. If you don't want to watch the 90 minute video, this one had a broken pad/trace on the transformer in the power supply that was causing it to "chirp" and not power on, it had the wrong filter caps installed, the MOSFET shorted while I was testing, it had a bunch of broken pads/traces/bad rework, the vertical IC was not soldered in, the HOT was an oddball, C174 off the HOT was burned up, and the RGB decoder on the neckboard was dead shorted. Fun times. All fixed...
