Atari Shuuz pinout question

I'm building my own Shuuz cabinet and am at the wiring stage. The board is JAMMA. The Atari manual has the trackball pinout as such:





However, Mike's Arcade and other JAMMA pinout references have the proper wiring for a trackball on a JAMMA harness as follows:





Which is correct?
