Spy Hunter Video Timing Chip

So I am upgrading the LCD on my Spy Hunter cab back to a CRT. Got a refurbed CRT.

The middle MCR board has this video timing chip installed at 12B to get the LCD to work: https://www.arcadeshop.com/i/1450/video-timer-chip-for-mcr-games.htm

The original chip at 12B Midway 0066-314BX-XXQX is gone and I think the guy who installed the LCD passed away (Pinball Paul in Northern Virginia).

Steve Gregory at arcadeshop.com recommended I give it a try with the LCD mod chip in place...
