Neon Viewer experiment

I've been working on something for a few months now. Finally getting around to starting a thread about it.

This could well be another of my one-offs or one-of-one experiments that doesn't lead to anything. (I seem to specialize in those.) Or this one could be different.

My work over the past year or more with the Asteroids Deluxe monitor bezel reproduction and ongoing obsession with the mirrored cabinet design finally inspired me enough to give this a try.
