I used to play my Naomi in my E2 for a long time with the Capcom I/O. As long as you set the Naomi mobo on 15Khz with the dip switches it will send 15Khz video signal and so your New Net monitor will show its scanlines like with any low resolution game you will play on it. Assuming you have the original tri-sync montitor in it
