Big problem with 9.00 PS4: lost all my saves

Hey

I have a big problem with my 9.00 PS4 running Goldhen
it has crashed during a game and it has rebuild database at reboot
Now all my saves are gone, some games are crashing and it crash randomly into PS4 settings.

When i go to settings->storage-> saves: it says I have no save at all

Is there anyway to recover them? I
and some games arent visible in settings->storage->games but the are showing in the home screen and I can start them
