PCB trace repair - what would you do?

Complaint is the shooter doesn't move properly on this centipede board. I'm confident the answer lies somewhere in this mess of a previous repair on F10 and F11.

If this was on your bench, would you fix the problem and call it good or disassemble this slop and rebuild the traces more cleanly?
