Fan mod recomendations

I want to make my Dreamcast quieter and I'm considering doing the fan mod.

I've mostly seen recommendations to use the Noctua 40x10, but that fan is expensive.
I was thinking about a cheaper alternative.

I found the 'Super Silent Fan 4' which seems similar in terms of characteristics (noise, rotation, and airflow). As for the electronic part itself (voltage and connectors), can I use this fan?

Can this fan be used as a plug and play fan/replace the Noctua?

PS: A have already 3d print the fan adapter.
PS2: A have the original PSU and GDEMU 4.20 installed.
