Wii VC framebuffer and deflicker gone is that possible?

[Released: 2012] The WiiU is the first Nintendo console to support high-definition graphics and a controller which features an embedded touchscreen. Talk about the system which is backward compatible with Wii.

Is it possible to use the framebuffer mode also for the Wii VC mode and also use the deflicker mode? I mean Wii VC Injection
