Dead space extraction doesn't recognize the start button and I can't play it

I have dead space extraction, (that came it my copy of dead space 2, which works fine), when ever i tried to play the extraction, it can't recognize the controller, being stuck on the first menu. I already tried on ps move or on a normal controller, I installed twice and it still has the same problem, and the game and console are recently updated. Is there a another way to try to fix this issue?
