Modded WiiU with Tiramisu doesn't have homebrew launcher at all, just the regular Mii Maker?

[Released: 2012] The WiiU is the first Nintendo console to support high-definition graphics and a controller which features an embedded touchscreen. Talk about the system which is backward compatible with Wii.

I followed https://wiiu.hacks.guide/ to mod my wii u with the browser exploit and install tiramisu and it went without any problems and tiramisu works fine so far. However I don't have Homebrew Launcher at all for some reason.

Tiramisu is supposed to have a module that loads homebrew launcher when you start Mii maker as far as I understand but it just doesn't work on my system for some reason. I just get the regular Mii Maker. I have no idea what is happening here. Can I just format...
