Bt e wifi going mad

Hello i finally start fedora 38... but wifi and bt nothing to do...
Any linux genius here?

I use wrozen host and i use the firts linux payload because with this the distro start without the hdmi disconnect reconnect tips.

Iam lucky because this smartphone can use tether usb and i can connect via network manager.
Bluetoothctl or not recognize any adapter or wait for Bluetoothhd...
