PSN Collection DLC?

First things first. I had no idea this was even a thing? Mostly im interested in Tokyo Jungle seeing as I didnt realize it has a disc release outside japan.

While I don't think it would matter because I have the DLCs downloaded on my account, Im moreso curious if anyone knows of the DLCs are included on disc or if they would still need to be purchased seperately (if they werent already).

Mainly would be for collection purposes (As I like having these collection discs), and I dont own any of the other games anyways, but am just curious on that ine tidbit.
