Question about GDEMU

Got my Dreamcast for over 5 years now and I love it. The GD-Rom still works perfectly but there are so many custom games that I want to try as Skies Of Arcadia Uncensored and Rent-A-Hero English patch.

My Dreamcast in a VA1 PAL version, seems it's okay for GDEMU ? I heard that PAL version have some heat issues with GDEMU ?

Do I need to change the PSU (still have the original one which it works well) ?

What SD card do you recommand for GDEMU ?
