How do i get the dreamcast online ( cheapest way)

So i've picked up a dreamcast (with the online ready box and accessories with it) And i want it to put it online via modem because the broadband adapter is expansive and won't work with most games. I have a landline flat rate so i could connect to anywhere The dreampi method is also a bit expensive because usb modems cost more than a raspberry pi here Are there fully free dial up providers where i can go online at any time no restrictions Or can i connect my pc and my dreamcast to the router and make this happen Or is there a third option where there is a wireless modem just like the c64 nowadays has
