Hi all ! Wii U froze after changing the language from Japanese to Russian! I can exit the recovery menu via udpih, but I can’t understand anything else! Please tell me how to restore, there is no copy of nand!

Всем привет ! Wii U зависла после смены языка с японского на русский ! В рекавери меню могу выйти через udpih , больше не могу ничего понять ! Подскажите пожалуйста как восстановить , копии nand нет !
