Backup my GDEmu sdcard

[Released: 1998] Born out of Sega's darkest hour to decide whether the company stays in the hardware business. Even though it didn't officially last long in the US, it was continued selling in Japan and spawned some great 2D Japanese shooters.

Backup my GDEmu sdcard

Was wondering if there was a way to backup my GDEmu SD card? I'm kind of wanting to get a backup dreamcast just in case and kind of wanted to copy the roms from my current SD card to an SD card for the new system, or just have them backuped in case my SD card takes a crap. Any thoughts, guides, info?
