Where is the option to switch out the GL driver in raspi-config?

As far as i read and researched in the official raspi-config, it should be in Advanced Options as the second item in the menu but is just isn't there, The installation is fresh and i did no changes to system configuratin. Can please someone help me on this matter? I already searched the issue up but couldn't find an explanation that i can properly understand.
