Issues connecting to TV's 4k display

Post by /RaspberryPi »

Hey there, I've got a raspberry pi 4 which will display just fine on my ultra-wide monitor, but doesn't seem to work with my 4k 60p HDTV. I can't understand what's going on. When I turn hdmi_safe on in config.txt, I'll get display all the way up until the desktop loads, and then the desktop screen will flicker rapidly for a fraction of a second, and then the TV will say no input from the pi.

Any advice? Trying to figure out what's going on.

I have turned on hdmi_4kp60, hotplug, and some other related settings in config.txt.. still the same issue.
