Cheat works on PPSSPP but not on PSP

Cheat works on PPSSPP but not on PSP

Hi everyone. Currently I'm playing Yu-Gi-Oh Tag Force 5 (ULUS10555)(USA)(Japanese Voice) downloaded from cdromance.
I have used cheat "Game Speed Fast"

_C0 GAME SPEED Fast
_L 0x00023480 0x10000003

It works perfectly on PPSSPP, but when using on PSP it doesn't work. I don't know why, does this happen often?
