Ao No Kiseki Psp Voice Patch

I'm trying to add this voice patch into psp version of ao no kiseki. But i stuck on step 5 which says Add voice script files(.bin) to ISO via tools/AddScnsToIso. I drag and drop script files into this tool nothing happens. I tried to use this tool on the cmd again nothing happens. How can i add script files into iso. I completed other steps but stuck on this. Any help?
