Are NES Classic Mini games the same as the original NES ones?

I really want to get into speedrunning NES games. The three games I want to speedrun are Super Mario Bros, The Legend of Zelda and Zelda II: The Adventure of Link. Are games the exact same on NES Classic as they are on original NES? Are all the things and glitches that are possible in the original one also possible in the NES classic one? Is it the same speed as the normal speed versions (I've seen about NTSC and PAL and I want it to be like the normal speed one which I think is NTSC and PAL is slower)
