looking to upgrade 2000/3000 series

looking to upgrade 2000/3000 series

I own a black 3k model and a white 2k model.
What are all kinds of options you guys would recommend for upgrades?
Definitely want some form of battery upgrade, internal or external.
Screen upgrades, shell upgrades, buttons, whatever you guys have and recommend.
Oh and games. I actually never played a psp lol...what games are a MUST?
