Lag on One X has become unbearable

Recently, my Xbox wifi receptor seems to be malfunction or something. While playing Apex, I get this stutters that make me frozen in place while I can see my teammates moving around on real-time. I also get ones where everything freezes.
I’ve tried playing some other games like DS3 and I get kicked put in less than 10 seconds of entering.
I looked through the network settings and it says either my NAT type is unavailable, or there’s Double NAT.
Is there some solution for this, or is my Xbox simply dying? I’ve had it since 2018 or 2019.
