I can't play Batman Begins movie on the Xbox video app

I can't play Batman Begins movie on the Xbox video app

I bought it in on a sale and I can't play it on my PC or my Xbox. On the PC it says I don't have the right version of Windows. My problem is I can't find what Support will even help me with this. It didn't even show up in my collection on the app on PC or Xbox but when I select it from the trilogy collection I bought it acknowledges I own it but won't let me play it. I was hoping someone could point me in the right direction.
