F.E.A.R. 1 and Project Origin Achievements!

Hello there, folks!
I'm looking forward gettin' the First Encounter Assault Recon achievements. It is very hard (at least for me) to find any online matches. I just recently bought the first game of the trilogy and didn't know most of its achievements were online:(
Is anybody out there willing to help this poor soul to get those? It could be any of the 2 first games. Thank you!
