Xbox problem

Hello reddit community, I've had a problem with my Xbox one for the past few weeks and I can't find the problem. Whenever I power on my Xbox 2-3 seconds later it makes the powering off sound with the disc eject sound playing as well, without me touching it. Does anyone know what the cause of this is?
