360 Slim disc drive laser lens replacement tips!

Hello my wonderful people! My brains craving guitar hero, and my Xbox is filthy. Well, I opened it up and cleaned it out and my dreaded “play dvdâ€￾ issue still happens. Most my discs don’t load anymore, the last salvageable ones still take a good 5-10 min to boot up. While I go search for the remnants of GH’s past, I am looking to replace my lens in the disc reader.
When I opened it up it didn’t look too dirty, so I hit it with some air in hopes it would help. Nope, it’s only running a tad quieter. Any tips welcome! If I can’t find one physically in my area, walmart seems to have them cheap online, that is if they’re the right ones…..
