My controllers audio jack isn't working and I can't hear anything

My controllers audio jack isn't working and I can't hear anything

I cant hear anything when I'm using my phantom white xbox controller and I think the audio port may be the problem. When I use my other controllers I can hear no problem even though they are much older, but when I try to use my phantom controller I can't hear anything most of the time. Is there anyway to fix this without having to get the controller repaired?
