Question about transferring my stats from Xbox One to Series S

Question about transferring my stats from Xbox One to Series S

Hi. My Xbox one died today and i must get a new Xbox soon and i was wondering if there is a way to transfer everything i have from Xbox One to Series S? Like digital games, my profile, saves etc...
