Best GC games that don't have a "for kids" aesthetic

[Released: 2001] The GameCube, with the Game Boy Player attachment, it is able to play Game Boy/Color, and Game Boy Advance titles. It's successor, the Wii, supports backward compatibility. Panasonic released a DVD player hybrid Gamecube.

Best GC games that don't have a "for kids" aesthetic

I'm new to the Gamecube scene and i'm looking for some games that don't have the typical Nintendo kid aesthetic. So far i've enjoyed RE1 and RE4. I'm not looking specifically for survival horror, just anything that might be good. Thanks for any suggestions!
