Can I give away old digital games or dlc?

[Released: 2005] As the second console from Microsoft, the XBOX 360 completely sold out upon release in all regions except in Japan. About 33% of all consoles became defective making it the most unreliable console ever created.

I don't use my 360 much now and have a bunch of stuff i never used. The only way i can think of is transfer the stuff i dont want to another account and give it away but you can't split the licensing can you?
