Remote play connection problems

Remote play connection problems

I constantly get the can't connect via remote play error. If I'm home I can turn the xbox on and then connect remote play and it will usually work, sometimes I have to restart the console, but that's not viable when I'm trying to remote play away from the house.
Everything is up to date, all the power/remote play settings are correct. Has anyone else had this problem and been able to fix it?
