Xbox one s won't turn on

I've had it for a couple years now and last night i had it on and kinda forgot about it this morning it was turning on and off and now it won't turn on I've unplugged it I've switched it from plug to plug and tried plugging it in the wall outlet but absolutely nothing I've tried activating it by putting a disc in there no reaction can anyone help me out here maybe its the power source or something idk
