Xbox One S Going Out?

For a while now, my Xbox One S has been acting strangely. A couple of months ago, it started making a weird beeping-like noise when plugged in, off or on. I shrugged it off, but later on, my console stopped being able to update apps and games while on. The only way for them to update is when I reset my console or keep it off. It just started with something new; My console is unable to launch games or read discs. Is something going out in my console or is this a software-related issue? Thank you!
