Any solutions?

[Released: 2005] As the second console from Microsoft, the XBOX 360 completely sold out upon release in all regions except in Japan. About 33% of all consoles became defective making it the most unreliable console ever created.

So I can’t log into my Xbox 360 account for so long because I forgot my password and email to login. I can play game’s offline but I would like to login to play some older games online. Is there any solution to this?
