Everytime I try to download MW2 it says "Installation stopped"

Everytime I try to download MW2 it says "Installation stopped"

For the past 24 hours I've been having this issue where everytime I would try to download MW2 it will say "installation stopped." I've tried downloading other games and those work. I don't know if it's the internet or the system itself. Can someone tell me how to fix this.
