Replacement LITEON 1.6 PSU?

Hey. So my 1.6 Xbox seems to have stopped powering on since the last time I played it a few months ago. Like nothing. No LED, no signs of life at all. I opened it up since I soft modded it before and noticed the PSU has a burn mark around a chip. I checked all the pins for the 24 pin connector and there was literally 0v on everything. The motherboard looks fine. All caps look great.

What's weird is I can't seem to find anything for the PSU my unit has anywhere. Are other 1.6 PSU's compatible with each other?
