What are some "hidden gem" PSP games?

I think I've played most of the big PSP games that always top the "best of all time" lists for the platform, and I'm wondering what else is out there. I know there's a bunch of high quality Japan-exclusive games, but I unfortunately can't read Japanese and fan translations are few and far between.
Is anyone aware of any good English language PSP games that tend to fly under the radar or generally don't make the "best of" lists for the system?
