Question for those who have used Sendico

Hi,
There is something I wish to buy via sendico and I noticed a few people on here use them.
I went and 'Ordered' something without any funds in my account, now I have an order ID and it is at 'pending'.
Which according to their website means
"We received a new order from you and we will make an estimation and let you know."
My question is, do I need to add funds now or do I wait until they get back to me?
