Can you tell if a game is the 5-screw variant from the BOX alone?

Can you tell if a game is the 5-screw variant from the BOX alone?

I have a gorgeous box only for Kid Icarus on the NES, but is there any way to tell if it’s a 5-screw variant without the cartridge? All I have to go by is the box, and a couple of inserts. Thanks for any info
