Fallout: New Vegas Is only In French, is there any way I can Change the language

[Released: 2005] As the second console from Microsoft, the XBOX 360 completely sold out upon release in all regions except in Japan. About 33% of all consoles became defective making it the most unreliable console ever created.

I recently got Fallout New Vegas for 5€ in a used games shop, so I thought it's a bargain since I've heard good things about it.
However I'm English, but i live in France, and Most 360 games I brought here in France have been Compatible in English (except Fable 2), so why is FNV only in French. I brought Fallout 3 from the same place and it was Flawlessly in English, but New Vegas isn't.
Is there any way I Can Change the Language??
