How did you discover the SNES ?

[Released: 1990] The SNES was the best-selling console of the 16-bit era despite its relatively late start and the fierce competition it faced. The console was able to run some of the first three-dimensional video games on consoles, beginning with Star Fox.

How did you discover the SNES ?

I'm curious to how everyone here discovered the SNES. I'm in my teens. I love all kinds of games , especially RPGs so I guess it was inevitable for me to hear of it online. I can't remember when I found out about it cause I would have been quite young but a strong interest never developed till a few years ago when I watched YouTubers like Game Grumps , Oney Plays , and AVGN .
